Derrick Lewis Delivers A Knockout (As Promised) In Tonight's UFC Main Event

BOOOOOM!

Derrick Lewis promised us he'd do some "crazy shit" to make sure tonight's main event wasn't left to the judges, and CRAZY SHIT he delivered! He blasted Aleksei Oleinik away with a big right hand in the second round, and then finished him off with some ground-and-pound shots that were straight-up TERRIFYING in the empty, soundless UFC Apex.

Lewis now holds the record for the most KOs in UFC heavyweight history, and even more impressively to me, has this stat to his name....

I know he fights a lot, but I feel like it's underrated that he's literally been the second most active fighter in the company since his debut! He also gave us another hilarious post-fight interview moment, of course....

Congrats to The Black Beast on another phenomenal win. He looked to be in the best shape of his career tonight, and said he wouldn't accept another fight until he was walking around at 245lbs-ish, so we may be seeing a new Derrick Lewis from here on out. We stan a slimthicc king.
