PasterMag - SyFy has today announced the official title for the third movie in the series, and it’s even more ridiculous than we could have imagined: Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! The film also has a release date: Wednesday, July 22.  The third film continues the series’ trend of setting each installment in a new city, with the action taking place in Washington D.C. Could the presidency be in danger from airborne sharks? Seeing as Mark Cuban and Ann Coulter have already been cast as the president and vice president, we’d say that’s pretty much a guarantee. Anything short of both being eaten alive by sharks would have to be considered a major disappointment at this point. “We wanted this third title to boldly go where no shark movie has gone before,” said SyFy senior vice president Chris Regina. “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! embraces the larger-than-life irreverence that has made these movies so popular and entertaining.”

Not for nothing, Sharknado is awesome. I was originally one of those people who were like “no, it’s stupid, people only watch it to be annoying hipsters”. But I followed the crowd and watched Sharknado 2 this last summer and it was nothing short of revolutionary. It was some of the most fun you can have watching a movie. Cameos out the wazoo, sharks flying through the air getting shredded by chainsaws, Tara Reid doing some D- acting, the whole kit and caboodle.

More importantly though, I originally wrote “kitten kaboodle”. Been saying that my whole life. Apparently that is incorrect. Apparently it’s “kit and caboodle”. Did people know that? Would have sworn it was kitten kaboodle. KFC says I’m a retard. And while that might be true too, I stand by the claim a lot of people think it’s “kitten”, not “kit and”. But you learn something new every day.
