Joe Kelly Is Working On A New Changeup And Now He Needs A New Window

Look at the movement on that thing!

Hey, listen. Quarantine is a rough time for all of us. We're all in the same boat here. It's what you do with the time that we're stuck inside that makes us better people. Me? I cleaned my apartment for the first time since last summer, got rid of a bunch of clothes I'll never wear again and plan to donate them as soon as places open back up that can take them.

Joe Kelly? He's working on a new changeup! That's awesome! The only downside is that now he needs a new window. Keep in mind his wife is super pregnant and is due to give birth at any second, so I'm not sure if fixing the window is the top priority at the moment. That being said, the movement on that pitch is incredible. You can say whatever you want about its proximity to the strike zone, but there's one thing we can say for certain -- nobody is hitting that. Like, literally nobody. You could get Barry Bonds in 2001 at the plate against that changeup and he's not putting bat to ball. I don't care what anyone says. For that, we can call it a success.

PS -- Joe Kelly now has a clear defense that it was unintentional when he hit Tyler Austin.
