Bama Alum Landon Collins Said He Would Rather Have His Kids Go To LSU Than Be Quarantined With Dave Gettleman

Have you guys ever heard the one about the player that Dave Gettleman moved on from and now hates Gettleman's guts with the fire of a thousand suns? Oh wait, that jokes been told more times than why that stupid chicken crossed the fucking road.

Including Landon getting in on Gettleman's ass last year.

Well I guess Landon is getting ready for a new standup special by giving his Haha a refresh using the current events of today by saying he would rather have his kids go to an SEC rival, which I'm pretty sure is the worst thing that could happen to a former SEC student let alone a former SEC star athlete, than being stuck watching Netflix and ordering take out with Dave Gettleman for an indefinite amount of time. Talk about an all-time zinger!

Don't get me wrong, I'm also upset that Gettleman allowed Landon to get the signature Daniel Snyder overpay from the R-words. Not because I loved Landon as a Giant (which I did) but because Landon is a huuuuuge reason why I can't preorder a Chase Young Giants jersey right now.

If Danny Dimes doesn't pick on Landon in that fateful Week 16 game the way Landon has been picking on Dave Gettleman since he left East Rutherford, the Giants would be able to pick Chase Young 2nd which at best would give the Giants their next great pass rusher and at worst would at the very least stop the nonstop mock draft chatter about whether the Giants should draft Isaiah Simmons, one of the 10 offensive tackle prospects, or trade down and then draft one of the players from that same group. Say what you want about Dave Gettleman's ability at picking players. But he is ELITE at pissing players off.

P.S. There is a chance that Landon chose having his kids go to LSU because he's a big Coach O guy like everyone else on the planet and knows Gettleman would be a high risk patient if he contracted to coronavirus, which makes this all one big understanding. If that's the case, shout out to Landon for taking the high road during these difficult times.
