While The Sports World Is Shutting Down, The Show Goes On At The UFC

So, to recap...

-UFC Brasília this Saturday (headlined by: Kevin Lee vs Charles Oliveira) is STILL ON, and taking place in an empty arena, 'Halftime Heat' style...

-UFC London next Saturday (headlined by: Tyron Woodley vs Leon Edwards) is STILL ON, and going on as scheduled as of right now

-UFC Columbus on March 28th (headlined by: Francis Ngannou vs Jairzinho Rozenstruik) and UFC Portland on April 11th (headlined by: Alistair Overeem vs Walt Harris) are now scheduled to take place from the UFC Apex, where they film Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series...

-No update was given on UFC 249 (headlined by: Khabib Nurmagomedov (c) vs Tony Ferguson)...

Personally, I think the empty arena/UFC Apex fights will be entertaining as hell if they really do go ahead and take place. Hearing everything the corners say? Hearing every strike, slam, kick, whatever? All that shit talk?! Who wouldn't watch that?!

I want them to get wild with it and make the Apex look like a shady ass garage straight outta 'John Wick' or something for Khabib vs Tony. Play into that whole "Street Fight" thing, you know? Put welders in the background creating sparks for no reason. Hang chains from the ceiling. Make the ground outside the octagon concrete-looking and wet. Really go all out.

Shoutout to the UFC for keepin on right now, though - gonna get a lot of eyes on the sport!

Start gettin excited for the fights this weekend! 3pm! Pretty sick card!
