Karl-Anthony Towns Was Like A Kid On Christmas Picking Up His Pal D'Angelo Russell At The Airport

I think it's safe to say this might be the happiest moment of Karl-Anthony Towns' Timberwolves career. It's been tough for KAT as of late in, you know with the getting snubbed from the All Star Game and then the whole losing every time he plays thing but let's not focus on that. That was the look of pure joy from a guy who saw his prayer come true in real life. At least if the Wolves are going to continue to stink he'll have his pal right there with him. Something tells me KAT doesn't stand out in the Minnesota cold for just any new player they trade for. He even came ready with a winter jacket which is basically what you get wrapped in as a baby when you are first born in Minnesota. I have a lot of college friends who are from like Apple Valley and Eden Prairie and that's what they said. 

You can put me in the camp as someone that hopes this works out. Even though it all but ensured that KAT will not be hitting the market at any point of his current extension, I'm intrigued how this is all going to look moving forward. A breath of fresh air and new talent can do wonders for a locker room and team, and from the looks of it these two chemistry in spades.
