Waze Is Routing People Toward A Woodland Area 45 Minutes Away From Atlantic City

Ain't that a bitch.

You think that you're on your way to hit the tables one minute and then you end up checking out the location that they filmed 'Pine Barrens' at instead.

The truth is that all of these people should feel lucky about the re-route into the dark forest though. If you're a gambler you believe in omens whether they're good or bad and being led 45 minutes away into a wooded area tells me that something was looking out for you that day. It tells me that if you would've ended up at the Borgata you would've lost with a 20 versus a 5. It tells me that the roulette ball bounced right off your lucky number and that your sports bet would've lost by a hook.

Yeah, traveling 45 minutes out of the way sucks, but a wasted car ride beats a bad beat any day of the week. I suppose it's different for the people who were headed over there to hit one of those sweet indoor pools though as a I don't really have a silver lining here for them. Maybe you avoided getting into a fight or a battle with the clap? Now those risks are more averse so I'm really splitting hairs, but you get my point.

P.S. - Kinda shocked by the let down of Waze here though. I swear by that app. It will take you through fucking cemeteries to get you to your destination the fastest and those are the types of intangibles I look for in my navigation.
