UConn will be paid $1 million for this game at UCF in 2021:

On the current TV deal, each AAC school makes around $7 million per year via ESPN. That's for all sports. Let's say $5 million of that is for football. UConn just took 1/5th of UCF's money for 3 hours of football after leaving their shitty conference.
