Evan Bass From The Bachelorette Ordered To Pay $150,000 For "Deceptive Ads" About His Erectile Dysfunction Clinic

(Source)–The Bachelorette alum Evan Bass has been ordered to cough up $150,000 after allegedly using deceptive marketing tactics to promote his erectile dysfunction clinic.

Bass, an erectile dysfunction specialist, is being forced to pay the amount over the course of three years after a complaint was filed against him by Tennessee Attorney General Hebert H. Slattery III, according to Us Weekly.

Court documents claimed that the reality star and his Tennessee Men’s Clinic ‘sold erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and other men’s sexual function treatments’ using ‘multiple widely-disseminated, deceptive marketing campaigns.

We have a problem in this country. Eventually people have to step up and take responsibility for their own actions. Evan Bass is a lot of things. I am sure he is a good dude. I feel like he’s been a good sport on the internet. He dealt with Chad who legitimately could’ve killed him with his pinky. One thing Evan Bass isn’t doing is fixing your dick problems. I don’t care what his clinic said.  I don’t care if he promised you 3 inches and 3 more hours. I don’t care if he coached you while you had sex with your wife. He is NOT fixing your dick. Take one look at him. He’s not a doctor. He’s just a dude from the Bachelorette with a weird haircut and weirder goatee. If you think that guy is going to cure whatever your dick, that is on you. Any judge who awards the plaintiff a six figure settlement hasn’t heard of moral hazard. This is why we have such a problem with people suing each other left and right. You shouldn’t be able to sue people to guard against your own stupidity. #FreeEvan
