Guy Says He Won't Get Emotional When He Puts On Glasses To See Color For The First Time, Guy Gets VERY Emotional

Has anyone ever been more wrong about something than that guy was about himself not getting emotional upon seeing color for the first time? He was dead set that he wasn’t gonna cry and everyone else who has put on those glasses and cried are SAWFT. But there’s a reason 100% of people who put those glasses on burst into tears. Colors are fucking AWESOME. Think about how awesome they are for a second. Blue? Dope. Green? Dope. Red? Dope. Orange? Dope. Pink? Dope. Purple? Dope. They’re all dope.

Most of us take colors for granted because we see them all day every day and they just become a part of our daily lives. We walk by a bazillion colors every second of every day and it’s nothing. Instead I don’t look up and just refresh Twitter until I get to my destination and then continue refreshing Twitter. But imagine not being able to see color for 65 YEARS and then all of a sudden being flooded with them. That’ll bring even the toughest man to tears.

By the way the guy holding the camera being like, “What color is your son in law? That’ll be his biggest surprise” was low key hilarious. People might be uncomfortable with that type of humor but you just know that guy was saving that joke for the day his colorblind dad finally put those glasses on. Ripping off an edgy joke like that in the middle of an extremely emotional family moment was really something.
