Watching Kawhi Leonard On The Golf Course Should Make You Feel Better About Yourself
It’s when it comes to the professional sports world, few athletes are on top of the world right now quite like Kawhi Leonard. He just completed an absolute monster postseason run that ended with his second Finals MVP and the internet was talking about him perhaps being the best player in the entire league. Then a few weeks later he signs max money and returns home to CA where he just so happened to form his own dynamic duo and is now the title favorite for next season. Safe to say things are pretty good for the man right now.
But this right here is the beauty of golf. You think that sport gives two shits about who you are or what you’ve accomplished? Golf may be the most humbling sport on the planet and it’s one of the few things on the planet that can make super star once in a generation athletes look like you and me. I may be a washed up blogger but ya know what? My swing is better than Kawhi Leonard’s. You’re just a normal stoolie slummin it in the cubes but guess what, yours is too. I’m taking that as a gigantic win for us regular people.
But I have to admit, in terms of professional basketball players, Kawhi’s swing is certainly respectable. He may not be Ray Allen or Steph Curry who are like scratch golfers, but he’s certainly not this
There’s that saying that we all this sport golf because “fuck” was already taken, and there’s nothing quite like the equalizer that is hitting the links. It’s like this and swinging a baseball bat just breaks NBA player’s brains and I will watch these highlights every single time they hit the internet
Watching Kawhi though, one thing really stands out. He’s now afro Kawhi which is something he 10000000000000000% needs to keep for the upcoming season. I know the cornrows are his thing, but come on that thing is sweet as hell. At least bust it out if the Clippers every do a throwback jersey night. We know how unstoppable Kawhi currently is on the basketball court, you let him unleash the power of the fro? Shit the Clippers might never lose.

In terms of his swing? I’m giving it 3.6 balls.
