Terry Bradshaw Takes A Shot At Sam Ehlinger While Wearing Suspenders

When I woke up today, I didn’t think I was going to be blogging a clip of Terry Bradshaw in suspenders, but here we are.

I don’t know if it was calling 5-stars “5A” or it was the way he was talking, but to me it appeared that Terry Bradshaw was drunk. Does this take away from his opinion on Sam Ehlinger? It may give him an excuse when Texas beats Lousiana Tech by 20+ in week one.

I’m not the biggest Ehlinger guy but throwing for 3300 yards, 25 touchdowns, and just 5 interceptions is very impressive. Ehlinger is a double-headed monster as well. He ran for 16 TDs in 2018. I don’t love the number of hits he takes, but he’s a tough guy and has been shown to be durable throughout his two years at Texas.

He’s no Kyler Murray, Jake Fromm, or Trevor Lawrence. He’s a tier below those guys. Ehlinger isn’t my biggest concern for Texas this year, it’s their defense (return just 40% of their defensive production, 7th least in the country) and schedule.
