Jon Stewart Just Gave An Incredible Speech In Front Of Congress, Fighting For Healthcare For 9/11 First Responders

Jon Stewart has been fighting for this for a long, long time and he’s a lot smarter than me so I don’t have anything to add. It’s a 10/10, walk off speech that I think everyone should hear. Give these heroes the healthcare they need. It shouldn’t be that fucking hard. I literally can’t fathom how gutless you have to be as a politician to try and use this bill as leverage for other things you want. They answered the call when needed damn near 20 years ago and now they need some medicine and you won’t pick up the check, fuck a lot of congress won’t even show up to hear them simply request for the check to be picked up. Shameful and gross. Give em healthcare. That’s it.
