Allow Dave Matthews Band Performing 'All Along The Watchtower' In Central Park To Make Your Monday A Little Better

(Skip to 3:45 if you don’t love America and want to jump past Stefan Lessard’s beautiful rendition of the National Anthem)

I’ve been on a big Dave Matthews Band kick lately (or just a big ‘Dave’ kick if you’re from Saratoga), and my favorite tune the band performs is their cover of Bob Dylan’s ‘All Along The Watchtower’. I’m of the belief – like many – that Dylan created it, Hendrix innovated it, and DMB perfected it.

My personal favorite performance comes to us from Woodstock ’99, actually…

…but I’ve shared that one with y’all more than once, so I’m going with the ‘Watchtower’ from their famous Central Park show today, in attempt to help you get through this shitty Monday!

Overall, the show is honestly one of the best live concerts I’ve ever listened to, and I’d STRONGLY recommend you spin it front to back if ya never have before. There’s a little bit for everybody across the band’s twenty-track setlist, especially if you’re even slightly interested in hearing the greatest drummer alive in his prime.
