The Only Way To 'Cheat' Is To Get $11,000 FedEx'ed To You In A Shoe Like Robert Williams And Texas A&M Did

This is by far the best story I’ve seen come from this whole investigation into college hoops. Well, until everyone realizes K isn’t this squeaky clean guy. But, until the entire world agrees on that, this will take the cake.

I mean think about it for a second. They go to the Cosmo in Vegas. Buy shoes (which can’t be cheap), stuff it with 11 grand and FedEx them. I love that move. It’s unbelievable. It’s straight out of Blue Chips.

I do need to know what sort of shoes they were though. Personally, I hope they were Iverson’s so Williams could recreate this scene:

This is just the best part of this trial. It’s an incredibly dumb trial. We’re really sitting here trying to say these universities are victims and were victimized by Adidas for getting top talent. That’s the real thing here. Imagine thinking getting someone like Brian Bowen makes you a victim.

But thankfully we get details like this on the wiretap.

I will say his performance against UNC in the Tournament should have made him worth more than $11,000 alone.
