Do You Think Jeremy Stephens Had To Shit During His Fight At UFC 235? I Say Yes

To close out the UFC 235 prelims, Jeremy Stephens just got finished battling one of the sport’s fiercest prospects, Zabit Magomedsharipov, and while he didn’t pick up the victory he was searching for, he may have a legitimate excuse for a sub-par performance in the cage, devastating enough to warrant an immediate rematch…

I think he had to take a shit.

Liiiiiike, REALLY had to take a shit.

Hear me out on this one. Admittedly, I missed some of the fight due to some extremely shoddy internet service (shoutout living in New York City), so I don’t know if Stephens actually fought a shitty fight (nice), but in my ten-plus years of watching mixed martial arts, I’ve never seen a fighter sprint OUT of the octagon.

TO the octagon? Sure. Daniel Cormier, Frankie Edgar, I think Miesha Tate’s done it…it’s not too uncommon. Sprinting to the back after a hard fought fifteen minutes, though? There’s only one explainable reason behind that, and it’s an urgent need to drop the kids off at the pool. Maybe he’s got a nervous belly and when Zabit tried to start some Khabib/McGregor nonsense after the bell it just hit him.

Who knows.

I vote poopy pants.
