Phil Mickelson Played With Tiger Today, Says Tiger Is Swinging Better Than He's Ever Seen

Wow Phil asking for strokes. Disgusting, but that’s not why we’re here. We’re not here to talk about strokes. We’re here to talk about Phil Mickelson playing with Tiger today then saying Tiger’s better at golf than anyone he’s ever seen before. So on plane, so solid that Phil’s match with him needs to be handicapped. Honestly, these types of comments are bad for me. They’re bad for my psyche. I was having a harmless, jolly, joyful day basking in the glory of our Sunday victory and now I’m betting my entire life savings on Tiger at Augusta. Winning the Tour Championship is one thing but Phil saying Tiger’s swinging it better than he’s ever seen him swing it, ipso facto saying it’s the best golf anyone’s ever seen?

Folks, the best event in golf starts Friday. Tiger teeing it in the Ryder Cup for the first time since being stranded in Medinah’s 18th fairway in 2012 while Europe celebrated. We haven’t won on European soil since 1993. It’s a great time to be alive.
