Jimmy Garoppolo's Ex Posts "Karma" On Instagram After His ACL Tear. Collddd Blooded.

NY POST – Karma is more than just a five-letter word to model Alexandra King.

Shortly after 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo was carted off the field during Sunday’s game against the Chiefs, the signal-caller’s alleged ex posted the message, “Karma,” on Instagram, as captured by SportsGossip.com.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters following San Francisco’s 38-27 loss to Kansas City he fears Garoppolo, 26, may have suffered an ACL tear. The quarterback will undergo an MRI exam on Monday to verify the extent of the injury.

Garoppolo later revealed in a feature for Bleacher Report that he was not aware of the relationship that many believed existed.
