Elon Musk Is Officially Being Sued By The Diver He Called A Pedophile (Three Times)
CNBC- Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been sued by the Thai rescue diver he called a “pedo guy” and “child rapist” for libel and slander, according to the lawsuit filed in a U.S. district court in California. British cave explorer Vernon Unsworth filed a lawsuit against Musk on Monday in a U.S. District Court in California for defamation. Unsworth is seeking at least $75,000 in compensatory damages, as well as an injunction against Musk requiring him to “refrain from making further publication of the False and Defamatory Accusations,” according to court documents. “Elon Musk falsely accused Vern Unsworth of being guilty of heinous crimes,” L. Lin Wood, attorney representing Vernon Unsworth, said in a statement. “Musk’s influence and wealth cannot convert his lies into truth or protect him from accountability for his wrongdoing in a court of law.”
What a goddamn moron Elon Musk is. I’m serious. I know I call him mean names a lot but this thing between Musk and a cave diver really proves he’s an actual moron. Elon Musk did this to himself. Literally. He has no one to blame but himself for being sued for this. His Ego got in the way and he threw a fit. The whole thing came about because a diver said means things to Elon about his shitty child submarine. The diver said that the little teeny weeny submarine was never going to work and that Elon should just get the hell outta the way so they could save the 12 soccer players in the cave (which they did without Elon’s help).
So now Elon Musk is officially being sued by the caver diver for calling him a pedophile for absolutely no reason. Not only did Elon Musk call the cave diver a “pedo” for absolutely no reason but he kept calling the diver a pedophile for absolutely no reason AND THEN said it was weird that the diver he called pedophile hadn’t sued him for calling the diver a pedophile. That’s the type of stupidity we’re dealing with when we talk about Elon Musk. Not only does he get himself in trouble but he goes and makes it 100x worse every time he opens his mouth or sends out a tweet. I hope the diver gets everything he wants outta Musk and then some. I hope he bleeds him dry. He won’t but I hope he does.
