Dog Doesn't Need Ear Medicine But Just Wants To Be A Part Of Something

People have this story all wrong. Everyone is saying the one dog doesn’t realize he doesn’t need ear medicine so he goes up to his owner and gets ear medicine because he doesn’t understand. Uhhhhhhh what are you people talking about? That’s not it at all. Who’s to say the dog isn’t just supporting the other dog? Why do they think the dog doesn’t know what he’s doing? The dog definitely knows what he’s doing. The dog doesn’t want his dog pal to feel bad that he has to get ear medicine so he acts like he’s also getting the ear medicine. It’s like when people shave their heads when their friend is going through chemo. It’s a sign of support. It’s the other dog that doesn’t realize he’s the only one who needs the ear medicine. People acting like the one dog is dumb for getting ear medicine when doesn’t need it are uniformed and mean quite frankly.

Even if the dog doesn’t know he doesn’t need ear medicine (he does), I get it. He just wants to be part of something. There’s nothing better than being a part of something. It’s why church works. People just wanna be invested in something, anything, with other people. Nobody wants to be alone*. Being a part of a group is coded on our DNA. Turns out it’s coded on dog’s DNA too. But none of that matters cause the dog knows what he’s doing.

*After much thought, I think I wanna be alone
