This Promo For Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Conor McGregor May Be The Greatest Promo In The History Of The Fight Game

“He’s too easily hit…and I’m the hitman.”

Mike Fight Promos, the guy who made the video above, is a bit of a legend in the mixed martial arts community. Shocking, considering how nondescript his name is, but hey, he’s made it work somehow, and since the announcement that Khabib/McGregor had become official, we’ve all been waiting with bated breath for his take on the fight. Obviously, between the fact that this will be the biggest fight in mixed-martial-arts history and the amount of footage readily available (including the alleged CGI bus attack), everyone’s hopes were very high. We all wanted to see if this artist could truly paint his masterpiece with this bout. All of the ingredients were there, they just had to be placed together correctly, like a very delicate ship in a bottle, or house of cards.

And you know what? He did it. He drilled that 100mph fastball into the stands, dead-center, and couldn’t have hit it any harder. The UFC’s promo for the fight is good, yeah…

…but it doesn’t do the magnitude of this war justice. I know sometimes their copyright/trademark team pulls videos like the one made by Mike Fight Promos, but if anyone from the UFC is reading this blog (which they probably are, a lot of UFC employees are actually really awesome Stoolies), PLEASE DON’T! Just make an offer to buy this one and make it official. It ain’t getting better than that. I don’t think you can possibly fit more ‘Inception’ BWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMSSSSSSSSSS into a trailer for this fight, and that’s why this one wins.
