Phil Mickelson Celebrated When He Made His Putt On #13 Today #TrollPhilTroll

I officially love Phil Mickelson. I haven’t always loved Phil. I’m such a Tiger guy that there was stretch where I didn’t like Phil at all. But then he’s had a fan renaissance over the last few years where most people love Phil. He’s everybody’s favorite golfer it seems like. He throws the mini thumbs up at crowds and they go bonkers. He has 100% approval ratings in the golf fan community (maybe not after this week). I liked Phil. He’s a goofy dad who I enjoy watching. Well I now love Phil. Troll so hard. Overly celebrating his putt on #13. He threw the golf hardo world into a tizzy yesterday on #13 and showed ZERO sympathy afterwards. It was awesome. He was basically like, “I like to have fun. It’s golf. Relax” and people were FURIOUS.

I mean John Hopkins called him an ass on TV

What’s worse, violating a rule on the golf course or calling a guy an ass? How will we explain calling someone an ass to the children? SMDH, John. Phil is in full Don’t Give A Fuck mode and I’m very very here for it. People need to relax. So he violated a rule during the US Open and it was a weird, jarring moment. So what? Nobody died. Many golf twitter and golf announcers seem to think somebody died. Again, nobody died. Everything is gonna be just fine. I promise.
