Did I Cause Kevin Kisner To Miss The Cut At The US Open Even Though It Hasn't Started Yet?

Listen everybody knows that I shot -4 at Shinnecock a few weeks ago. A score that proved I would win the US Open in a landslide if I was competing this weekend. I know people are calling me “champ” when I walk by them in the streets. I know that I will be on the grounds at Shinnecock for Barstool Radio. I understand that it could be intimidating for some of the players to have me there. But I kind of thought it was a joke. Like I’m not going to be swinging a club this weekend. I’m not in the tournament. I can’t really win it. But then I see this video of Kevin Kisner obsessed with trying to beat my score. Basically saying it’s the only thing he cares about. He can’t eat, sleep, drink without thinking of my 66. Then when I call him out for it he says he doesn’t care at all. YIKES. I mean to say I have beach front property in Kevin Kisner’s head would be a drastic understatement. And everybody knows golf is 80% mental and 20% physical. So Kisner is basically already doomed and he hasn’t even tee’d off yet. You hate to see it. I mean I like the guy. He’s a Stoolie. This isn’t what I wanted. But now I’m forced to wonder how many other guys are thinking the same exact thing? “Gotta Beat Dave. Gotta Beat Dave. Must Kill the Queen. Gotta Beat Dave” Just how big of a factor will I actually be at the Open? I honestly don’t know anymore. I guess only time will tell.
