Dan Gilbert Tweeted Out A Picture Pointing Out That The Cavs Did Not Get To The Free Throw Line Once In The First Half But Then Deleted It Like A Coward

I honestly don’t have a problem with that tweet. I’m sure Adam Silver probably has a stack of rules the size of a phonebook that says an NBA owner should not be doing that. But I actually kinda love that an owner would thumb his nose at the gigantic, potentially alien commissioner of his league to point out that his team had ZERO free throws in the first half of a home Finals game and eat the fine that would come along with it.

However deleting the tweet is where I have a problem. That shit is softer than the fluffy font known as Comic Sans. Show some guts for me one time Danny Boy! LeBron is out there dying for your franchise. The least you can do is have his back on Twitter while he is throwing fucking alley oops to himself. And don’t give me any of this half measure, subtweet, no caption bullshit either. If Gilbert had some marbles, he would have @’d the NBA refs during their little #RefWatchParty night and even included some sort of strongly worded rich guy hashtag to go with it like #UNBELIEVABLE.

And for everyone that screenshoted Gilbert’s tweet, which in turn forced my hand to blog about it, here is required viewing for all of you as well.
