Marina Maher hails from Glastonbury, Connecticut, and was noticed by Dave Portnoy when she ran her own blog in 2016. She dropped out of college the day after Dave reached out and officially joined the pirate ship in 2017. As a passionate Boston Bruins fan, Marina’s love for hockey shines through in her work. In 2018, she joined Team Portnoy, and has been a mainstay on Dave Portnoy’s social media team ever since. In addition to her social media management of several of Dave’s accounts, Marina blogs about the Boston Bruins, sharing her insights and enthusiasm with fans far and wide. Her unique blend of fandom and professional savvy has solidified her as one of Barstool Sports’ “craziest fans”. She lives by the B’s and dies by the B’s.
