Tate “Ohio's Tate” Moore joined the company as a part-time blogger in 2018, covering his teams (Ohio State, Browns, Guardians, and Cavs) after competing on Barstool Idol Season 2. He remained an English Teacher and High School Basketball Coach back in Columbus, so he created a cartoon character that he used for blogging and social media for the next 5 years. In 2024, Dave Portnoy offered him a full-time job amidst company drama, resulting in Tate quitting his teaching job mid-year and moving to Chicago. Tate writes blogs and makes video content revolving around the Ohio sports teams, as well as hosts Barstool After Dark where he takes on outrageous challenges with his coworkers until they are completed.
