Undefeated Mascot Hoosier The Bison Trolled Ohio State Over Missed Field Goal in Big Ten Championship via Field Goal Popcorn Bucket Video
Shoutout to Hoosier the Bison. The man has never lost. Everybody wants to give Curt Cignetti all the credit. But lest we forget, Curt Cignetti was outmatched by both Ohio State and Notre Dame in his first season at Indiana. It wasn't until Hoosier the Bison showed up in 2025 that Indiana never lost a football game again.
I should mention that Indiana isn't dropping this commemorative bucket for the first time this weekend. The field goal popcorn bucket has been available since Week 1. I've heard it's quite expensive. They did, however, post this video for the first time. Just a couple of days before Ohio State comes to town. It's Hoosier The Bison lining up for a chip shot. Unlike Ohio State in last year's Big Ten Championship, he makes the kick.
What a moment. If you look very closely, you can see my white sweatshirt, which I took off because I was sweating, waving in the air in celebration as the kick goes wide left.

Honestly, I feel like Hoosier the Bison could have set up his field goal from the exact spot Ohio State missed for this video. But he's a subtle mascot. He doesn't want to be too heavy-hooved in his trolling. A quick zoom-in on the left upright is all that was necessary.
Huge game this weekend. #4 Ohio State @ #5 Indiana. Hoosier the Bison's 22-game win streak is on the line. He's the only undefeated mascot in college football. I think. Either way, great to see he's confident enough to take a shot at Ohio State before the big day.
