'They Got Me' - Rico Dowdle Announces The NFL Refused To Listen To Him, Fined Him Nearly $15,000 For The Double Pump Touchdown Celebration

[Source] - The fine, according to a source with knowledge of the situation, was $14,491. Dowdle's agent, David Canter, announced on social media that the fine would be appealed.

We all saw the double pump on Sunday. We all made the same jokes on Sunday:

We even had Rico Dowdle plead with the NFL not to fine him because it was only 2 pumps. He studied the rule book, but guess what?

This was an appeal for a tripping penalty that was ruled incidental contact. Still fined. I don't understand the NFL fine process. They need to stop fining guys for all random shit and just play football. How about we start worrying about playing games back in the US, fix some stadiums and give us a decent product again. That would be a start in the right direction.
