Red Panda Returned To The Hardwood Last Night Wearing The 4-5 Like Jordan And Absolutely Dominated

I'll admit that I was worried we were watching the end of another legendary sports career when Red Panda became the latest casualty of the injury bug that plagued basketball courts this spring. Most of the players seriously impacted were NBA superstars in their prime that wore the number 0 tearing their Achilles. A terrible injury for sure. But one that has a path to recovery with the modern medicines and surgeries we have today.

However, there wasn't the same optimism for a 55-year-old acrobat bouncing back from a lower body injury (Red Panda's wiki has her listed as being born in 1970 or 1971 and as a gentleman, I know not to ask a lady's age).

There were snarky tweets and think pieces about whether she would ever get on that comically oversized unicycle and toss bowls on her head like God put her on this green Earth to do.

So how does she respond? By literally wearing the 4-5 in the home of the greatest comeback the NBA has ever seen.

How did she do in her first performance back? Check it out:

Mama, there goes that Panda! A return to the court that even MJ should be proud of. In fact, when NBC opens their wallet back up for another hour long interview with Michael Jordan that they can cut into 100 different pieces, perhaps they can ask the GOAT of hoops what he thinks of the GOAT of halftime shows. Because much like Mike, Red Panda knows there's always someone in the arena who paid their hard-earned money to watch her perform at the highest of levels and she's going to keep performing at those highest of levels until her body doesn't allow her anymore like all fellow experts of their crafts in the sports world and beyond.
