Hell Of A Start To The Season - A Statement And Pictures Had To Be Tweeted After A Random Account Convinced People Woj Got Ejected From The St. Bonaventure Game

I put the score there just so people know this game did actually happen at 11am. I watched it, when the stream actually worked, and everything. But what stole the show was this guy building up the tweet that took over Twitter.

And there it is. Woj got ejected. People were freaking out, far too many people honestly. I thought it was pretty obvious that it was a parody account, but people will fall for anything. He set it up perfectly with real tweets about the game and then just dropped the Woj ref bomb. Not really believable but also believable that the GM of St. Bonaventure would get booted from an 11am game on a Monday. The man loves the Bonnies. 

Instead we got statements and pictures proving he did in fact not berate the refs

Perfect. This is what I want from this sort of game. Entertaining game, good game and then this subplot happening. Still not as good as the original though: 

I think Woj has to get ejected from the next game now. He should lean into it and just berate a ref until he gets tossed out. Wait until the game is out of hand so you don't cost them a win and make sure to stand up and go after a ref. Perfect start before we get to some big boy games tonight. Not sure the goal of a tweet like this, but it entertained me which is all that matters.
