All The Best Movies Coming To Streaming In November. 'Frankenstein', 'Eddington', 'Sovereign'
NETFLIX
1. Frankenstein (new)
If GDT makes a new movie, I'll be there. This one is apparently not the greatest BUT, a work that is relatively mediocre for a director like Del Toro could easily be the best from a lesser man.
2. Being Eddie
Eddie Murphy is one of the greatest to ever do it so I HOPE this is worth the time. I'd also like to see what he was up to during that long break in the 2010s.
3. The Back to the Future trilogy
Always worth revisiting this classic. Although, these days, it only makes me sad to see what happened to Robert Zemeckis. His discovery of CGI absolutely ruined him.

HBO MAX
1. A Christmas Story
People typically want to know where this is streaming around the holidays.
2. Eddington
In May of 2020, a standoff between a small-town sheriff and mayor sparks a powder keg as neighbor is pitted against neighbor in Eddington, New Mexico.
I feel that this is a big love or hate movie. I enjoy most of it, espcially since it doesn't really lean in either political direction which you might expect.
3. I Love LA
A tight-knit friend group gathers after years apart, navigating the complexities of ambition, relationships, and how time has changed them.
This is very much not for me and I will not be watching BUT I'm sure plenty others will want to watch.
COMING TO MAX

HULU
1. Sovereign
A father and son who identify as Sovereign Citizens, a group of anti-government extremists, find themselves in a standoff with a chief of police that sets off a manhunt.
This was a solid movie really well acted by Offerman who essentially plays the final evolution of Ron Swanson. Side note, i love watching Sovereign citizen bodycam videos. Always funny.
2. Villains
After a pair of amateur criminals break into a suburban home, they stumble upon a dark secret that two sadistic homeowners will do anything to keep from getting out.
This horror/suspense movie flew under the radar but I really liked it. Intimate, cool concept and really well acted.
3. The Sound of Music
I miss shooting on location.

PRIME VIDEO
1. Playdate
Brian has just been fired from his job. He becomes a stay-at-home dad. He accepts a playdate invitation from another stay-at-home dad who turns out to be a loose cannon.
This could end up being stinky but I grew up on Kevin James and really like Alan Ritchson. Maybe there is something there.
2. Hot Tub Time Machine
I LOVE this movie and don't think it gets the respect it deserves. So funny which is crazy considering the cast is basically made up of C-team guys compared to the A-team Apatow guys of the era.
3. The Iron Claw
Only watch if you are 100% ready for a cry. Such a devastating movie.
