Mavs Fans Still Aren't Content With Cooper Flagg, And Turns Out "Fire Nico" Signs Will Still Get You Removed From The Arena

Listen, Mavs fans are like that girlfriend who is never quite content with any of your effort. I'm not speaking from experience there, but come on now. Yeah, the Mavs may have lost by a zillion yesterday, but they were playing a Wemby that looked like the greatest player to ever touch a basketball last night. They also don't have Kyrie, and it was Cooper Flagg's first real NBA game. 

But if you're a Mavericks fan, you at least have a little promise. You got a guy who everyone thinks is an absolute superstar in what many are saying was a rigged draft lottery, you've still got Anthony Davis (unc still got it!) and Kyrie Irving. That's a playoff team and you don't even think twice about it. Yeah, Luka is in sunnier skies in Los Angeles dropping 40 and is going to be MVP this season and win a ring with my King Bron in his 23rd year. But you can't sit and think about what has been done, and in all honesty, Nico Harrison was absolved of any wrongdoing the second they got Cooper Flagg.

Yeah, he may have lucked into it with a 1.8% chance, but that doesn't matter. You can't have your cake and eat it too. The Mavs should set a statement and not only remove a fan from the arena for Fire Nico signs, but ban them permanently. You can't keep holding on to that ex of yours in Luka Doncic that is way happier to be with Bron Bron and Bronny. I don't make the rules, just look at how he transformed his fitness in the offseason because it just means more in LA.

Some people say soft ass front office, I say an organization that is trying to keep its fans in line. Good on the Mavericks, and remember, absolutely do NOT keep thinking about this guy you once had:
