Every Golfer In The World Should Feel Better About Their Game After Watching Stephen Jaeger Hit One Of The Worst Tee Shots The PGA Tour Has Seen

Now, I specifically only want to focus on this shot, because none of us are top-5 at the Sanderson and shot 3-under par playing this sort of course. But that top? Yeah, that's relatable. It's honestly impressive that he topped it considering that sound. I've never heard a top sound like that, granted I never play with guys who have that sort of club speed. If you want to feel relatable to someone, we have this from Andy Murray:

That is something that anyone of us can relate to. Not a pro golfer, you're in an intimidating bunker and you convince yourself this is the shot. This is the shot that you splash out there perfectly, get compliments from your buddies and feel like a real golfer. Then you overcommit, lift up to admire your beautiful shot and notice it's 3 feet behind you and 11 feet to the right. Brutal feeling, way worse than the topped drive.

This is really the difference between pros and regular ass folks though. That topped drive sends the rest of us into a dark place on that hole. Jaeger got out with a bogey. Somehow shot tracker said it went 104 yards, I don't believe that. That ball hit about 2 feet in front of the tee. Guess it helps when you hit your second shot 230 out of the rough. Must be nice. Either way, if you're going out to golf this weekend, just know that it happens to pros too. We should all feel better about our games.
