Michigan State Police Released A Dash Cam Video Of A Tire Grappler That They Use During Police Chases And It Is Amazing

What a way to start your week, because I could watch this video 1000 times. There's something so oddly satisfying about a stolen car suspect being unable to go anywhere because they're tied in a grapple like Finn McMissile in Cars. The only person that probably watches a video like this and sheds a tear is the guy whose car got stolen and insurance premiums just spiked up. Must be quite the tough conversation when they tell you that they've got your car, but bad news, the entire back axel is ripped to shreds.
