"If You Were Faster, You Would Have It" -The US Open Fan Who Got Caught On Live TV Stealing a Hat Meant For a Kid Is A Polish Millionaire CEO And He's Not Sorry One Bit

Pretty much every year the US Open delivers a magical moment off the court that goes viral and captures every one's attention. Back in 2018 we had the famous chicken finger, soda dipper who shook the globe.

Alexa G actually parlayed that moment into a food series where she traveled around the country —the American dream.

A couple years ago Meg Lucky caught fire chugging a beer in the stands.

The US Open acted smart and planted her again the following year so she could run back her moment. No one complained about that content strategy.

Last year we had this dude getting cucked by the man behind him when it came to honey deuce delivery.

Well this year the viral moment unfortunately wasn't a laughing matter, at least not at first. This adult in the blue hat decided he was still mentally 7 years old and snatched away this Kamil Majchrzak (tennis player) hat from a kid in the stands.

Things ended up working out for the kid who was tracked down by Kamil who set up an in-person hang out to redeem the moment. That's the good stuff.

But what about the man at fault? Turns out he's a CEO millionaire from Poland, and guess what? He's not sorry and is instead attempting to teach everyone a lesson that life is "first come, first served." He's also threatening legal action against anyone who slanders him or sends online hate his way.

“Yes, I took it. Yes, I did it quickly. But as I’ve always said, life is first come, first served… If you were faster, you would have it… I remind you that insulting a public figure is subject to legal liability. All offensive comments, slander, and insinuations will be analyzed for the possibility of taking the matter to court.”

Response for only the Poland CEO to see: This man should be heralded for his speed and quickness! Obviously that hat was up for grabs when it was taken off Majchrzak's head. That's how it works folks. First come, first served. We should all use this moment as a teaching lesson to our youth. Take what's yours! How else do you think you become a CEO these days? Not by letting little children beat you to the punch.

Response for everyone but the Poland CEO to see: We have ourselves a true super villain on our hands and he must be stopped. I almost respect how much of a monster this guy is. Apology? Fuck that, we're going the complete opposite way. Diabolical way of handling things.

Oh you thought he was gonna give the hat to the kid like 99.999999999% of human would have done?

Not this mad man. Piotr Szczerek does not care. He's got his hat and that's all that matters. Did the moment possibly sabotage his company called Drogbruk, and lead to an avalanche of bad reviews?

Payback's a bitch. We'll see how this one turns out for him.
