'FML (Frankie Muniz's Life)' - The Actor Turned NASCAR Driver Is Forced To Miss A Race This Week Because He Fell Off A Ladder Changing Batteries

The phrase "FML" (Frankie Muniz's Life) takes on new meaning with moments like these. I'm disappointed to share that I won’t be racing at Darlington this weekend or for the next few weeks due to a distal radius fracture. Yesterday, I fell from the top of a ladder while changing the batteries in a Ring camera in my backyard. Note to self: heed the ladder warning that says, "Do not sit or stand on top step." In hindsight, a taller ladder would’ve been smarter. While I’m gutted to miss the races, I’m grateful it wasn’t worse. I feel for my team, who’ve poured their hearts into this season, and I’m thankful for

@FordPerformance and their unwavering support. The doctor estimates a 6-8 week recovery, so I’ll be back in the driver’s seat as soon as I’m cleared.

No Frankie! Say it isn't so, Frankie! This is as brutal of an injury as I can remember, simply because of how easy it can happen. You go out there to do dad/man of the house stuff, change batteries in a camera and the next thing you know you're falling off a ladder. We're all rooting for Frankie, especially after this in July

I personally love Frankie Muniz because the guy loves college hoops

Not to mention Malcom in the Middle had an elite theme song

He's been in the racing world for a little bit now and is racing in the Craftsman Truck Series, ranked 24th. He talked about it on PMT

And now he's hurt. Brutal, man. Look, I get being strong and doing normal things, but you gotta find someone to get on the ladder for you. Ladders are terrifying, you have a wrong step, a quick gust of wind, things that can be avoided. Do love that he made a joke out of it. FML being Frankie Muniz's Life is a hilarious way to start a tweet saying you suffered a freak injury and can't race. Listen to your own advice, Frankie. No more standing on the top step, that's basically rule number 1 when climbing a ladder. Either way, we're gonna get Frankie back in the car and eventually win the Daytona 500. Not an if, but a when.
