National League East Franchise Home Run Leaders In The Year 2035

Yesterday, I posted a blog that went over who I expect to be the American League franchise home run leaders ten years from now. It was inspired by Pete Alonso breaking the Mets franchise home run record last week.
Today, I thought we'd tackle the National League East. Let's see if we have any records to potentially be broken in the next decade.
National League East
Philadelphia Phillies
Current Home Run Leader: Mike Schmidt (548)
Active Home Run Leaders: Kyle Schwarber (174), Bryce Harper (173)
2035 Phillies Home Run Leader: Mike Schmidt
The interesting question here is if Harper will pass Schmidt's career home run total. Obviously, because of starting with the Nationals, he won't catch Schmidt's franchise number. Harper currently is 32 years old, has 357 home runs and is signed for six more years. It all comes down to health with Harper but if he can average 25 home runs/year, he'll have over 500 before his contract is up. Harper passing Schmidt in the career number is entirely in play.

Current Home Run Leader: Pete Alonso (254)
Active Home Run Leader: Alonso
2035 Mets Home Run Leader: Juan Soto
This all comes down to if Alonso re-signs with the Mets after this season. If he signs back in Queens, then he'll be the leader in 2035. Otherwise, I think this is going to end up being Soto's record. If Alonso doesn't re-sign, there is a chance that for a short period in time that Francisco Lindor (134) has the record until Soto passes him.
I hate to say it but I just don't think Alonso comes back. I can see some mid-market team (Mariners? Brewers? Cubs?) desperate for a slugger open up the checkbook for him.
Miami Marlins
Current Home Run Leader: Giancarlo Stanton (267)
Active Home Run Leader: Jesus Sanchez (69)
2035 Marlins Home Run Leader: Stanton
This is depressing. The Marlin fans have been fucked over by awful ownership for the entirety of their franchise. Honestly, there is a better chance that Stanton comes back to the Marlins for a final season to pad his HOF resume than anyone catching him in the next 10 years. Kyle Stowers has 25 home runs in 2025 but is he going to stay in Miami for 10 more years? We all know the Marlins drill. They keep talented players for a couple years and then trade them away for prospects and it all starts again.
Atlanta Braves
Current Home Run Leader: Hank Aaron (733)
Active Home Run Leaders: Ronald Acuna, Jr. (179), Austin Riley (169)
2035 Braves Home Run Leader: Aaron
No player has more home runs with a single team than Aaron has with the Braves. Hank Aaron has more home runs with the Braves than any player (other than Barry Bonds) has in their entire career. Acuna and Riley are awesome young players. They could each make the Hall of Fame and not come within 200 home runs of Aaron for their entire career.

Washington Nationals
Current Home Run Leader: Ryan Zimmerman (284)
Active Home Run Leader: CJ Abrams (54)
2035 Nationals Home Run Leader: James Wood
This might be a reach. The smart pick is Zimmerman. Wood has 34 home runs currently. I'm banking on him not only hitting 25 home runs/year for the next 10 years but also re-signing with the Nats. I just think as a franchise they NEED to keep him around long-term. The honeymoon glow from winning the 2019 title is all but gone now. They have to shift and start building a winning team soon. I really believe in James Wood.
