I know not everything was better in the 90s. For instance we don't have to find magazines for porn or try to hit start download before school and hope it was done after on the family computer. But, everything was easier and better in the 90s. It was the perfect decade to grow up in and that's not even being nostalgic. It's just seeing stuff like this and remembering how it used it to be:

Yeah man, we just left. You'd maybe leave a note on the counter that said 'going to Mike's' because at one point you were there, maybe you checked in. But you just left on your bike and hung out until the street lights came on. It's the universal language for anyone in their mid-late 30s. Street lights come on, you got your ass inside.

So, yeah, having the NBA on NBC brings back memories. We're getting Roundball Rock again

We're even getting the old school jerseys back:

Yeah, at this point it'd be dumb for NBC not to lean into the whole 90s shit. It's what we know, it's what we miss and love. Bring back the old graphics, give me the narration and monologues to start the game. Plus, it will make us forget about losing the TNT version of Inside the NBA.

Oh and as for NBA Jam? Yeah, top-5 game ever. I will play it the moment I see it and will sill rock with the Knicks. Tough to not play with Starks and Ewing. But even just with the sayings from the game, he's on fire, the actual game it's top-5. It's that important. So, yeah, go ahead and lean into the 90s. We all miss it.
