Some NFC East Team Better Give This Ref A Contract After He Completely Blew Up CeeDee Lamb On The Sideline

Touchdowns are great. Interceptions are neat. But the one thing in football that really gets the juices flowing are some hot, nasty, bone-crushing hits. It's the same reason why people watch NASCAR for the crashes. There's just something about the human brain that goes crazy for seeing other people get jacked up.

And CeeDee Lamb? YOU GOT JACKED UP.

There are guys all across the league right now trying to earn themselves a job. Trying to make a 53-man roster where there might only be a spot or two left at their position. They need to do anything and everything they can to make management realize they can't afford to lose this guy. Every time they're on the field, they need to step up and make a play just to keep themselves around training camp a little longer. Whether that's a selling out on a block, breaking up a pass, or laying someone the fuck out. You need to put something on tape.

This ref knows that jobs are hard to come by in the NFL. He understands that window to lock up a spot is only open for a fraction before it closes up for good. So with that in mind, he knew what he needed to do. The Dallas Cowboys are already in total disarray this season. Jerry Jones is shitting on his star players to the media. Micah Parsons has already requested a trade. Somehow the shit storm in Jerry World had somehow led to a Dez Bryant and Nicki Minaj beef. So if ever there was a time when you could get away with blowing up CeeDee Lamb on the sidelines and everybody's reaction would just be, "Lol typical Cowboys", it's right now. The moment was there, and this ref took full advantage of it.

The NFL season is long and grueling. These guys log a ton of miles on those bodies, and especially skill players like WR1's who have the ball in their hands frequently. The fact that CeeDee Lamb is already taking massive shots like this one in preseason, even when he's not even suited up and playing? Well there are 3 other NFC East teams who aren't necessarily going to be mad about that. This ref scratches their backs, maybe one of them scratches his.
