This Picture Of Johnny Damon At Yesterday's Old Timer's Day Will Stop You In Your Tracks

Yesterday was a fun one at Yankee Stadium as the Old Timer's Day game took place for the first since covid. All kinds of old-time Yankee greats were in the building as they also honored the 2000 World Series team. Guys like Mo, Bernie, Tino, Doc, El Duque, Alfonso Soriano, and Roger Clemens made appearances and even played a little ball as well. One person, however, took my breath away —Johnny Damon. Now if you want an idea of what Damon looked like last year, look no further than the top of this page. You wanna see what a year can do to a man?

At first I thought it was one of Memes' photoshops. Then I thought it was someone else dressing up as Johnny Damon. Was that just Sam Kinison? A real life Labubu? Nope, that's 51 year old Johnny living life. It was such a shocking image that I immediately texted a handful of people in my phone to make sure they saw it as well, Dan being one of them.

I'm sorry Max.

The responses were too good, but the fact that not much had to be altered to make it really look like Max was stunning.

That picture may change his life forever.

Now I'm not here to shame Johnny Damon, even though that's kinda exactly what I'm doing. Aging comes for all of us. This son of a bitch called life takes a cruel toll on the human body. Some more vicious than others as you can see. Every day I look in the mirror and notice more grey hairs than the previous. Good on Johnny for living. It's just insane that him and Ichiro are the same exact age.
