Kanye West's Ex-Assistant Has Amended Her Lawsuit, Now Accuses Kanye of Sexual Assault, Battery, Stalking, Sexual Battery, Sex Trafficking, False Imprisonment, and More
Global News – Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, is facing new allegations from a former personal assistant.
Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2023, has filed a second amended complaint in her lawsuit against the 48-year-old rapper after previously accusing him of sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
The new filing, viewed by People, accuses West of sexual assault, battery, sex trafficking, stalking and false imprisonment, among other allegations.
In the complaint, Pisciotta claims that “Ye subjected Ms. Pisciotta to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch Ye perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused.”
Noooooo it couldn't be. That doesn't sound like something Kanye West would do. Not the Kanye West who was just in Federal Court showing support for his good friend and business associate, Sean Diddy Combs. Not the man who spent an entire marriage parading around his naked model wife. No way would Kanye West make such impulsive and destructive decisions like that. I can't imagine Kanye thinking his money and power would make him entitled to anything like sex from an assistant.
You know you've completely gone off the reservation, and beyond repair as a human being when there's a headline about you that features the words, "Sexual Assault, Battery, Stalking, Sexual Battery, Sex Trafficking, False Imprisonment, and Oral Rape", and it barely even moves the needle. When society's opinion of you is already so rock bottom, that tacking on "Sexual Assault, Battery, Stalking, Sexual Battery, Sex Trafficking, False Imprisonment, and Oral Rape", doesn't even really change the way people view you. It's not like his public perception could possibly get even worse.
It's incredible how many communities the guy has managed to alienate. He couldn't even hold onto the pro-Hitler crowd (i.e. Nazi's). Even the Nazis saw what Kanye West was doing and thought, "God damn it, this guy is making us look terrible".
And even if he did have a small faction of Nazi's in his corner, just a week or so after he put all of his creative energy into a Hitler album, he backtracked on the whole thing. He issued a Twitter apology for the anti-semitism, and attempted to change the lyrics of "Heil Hitler" to "Hallelujah". He couldn't even cut it as Nazi.
It's a sad thing what Kanye West has become. He's one of the greatest musical artists of our generation. Over the course of my life, I've probably listened to his music on repeat more than all other artists combined. But even the classics don't hit the same anymore. As talented as he is, it seems as if he's finally managed to cross over the Mendoza line where the quality of his art can no longer overcome who he is as a person. Not since Michael Jackson has a person tested that theory harder than Kanye.
But the saddest thing is, even with all these accusations, I'm willing to bet none of it will matter to Kanye in the slightest. He's probably not even thinking about them. Whether they're true or not, he won't face any real repercussions beyond a financial slap on the wrist. Again, it's not like he can do any worse in the court of public opinion. He's just America's town crazy person at this point.
