I’m sure most people would have been just fine with resigning Bennett. But that wasn’t enough for the Don. I’m sure even more people would have been happy with Bennett and Ekblad coming back. But that wasn’t enough for the Don. The Don gets whatever the fuck he wants when he wants it. He doesn’t go one for three. He doesn’t go two for three. The Don goes three for three and there’s not a damn thing you or anybody can do about it. Brad Marchand, Sam Bennett, Aaron Ekblad all signed three for three mother fucker.
