ESPN – Philadelphia Eagles: After a day off, the Eagles return to practice Tuesday. All eyes will be on Sam Bradford, who warmed up but did not play in Sunday’s preseason opener. With his debut looming Saturday against Baltimore, Bradford needs a good week of practice to assert himself as the leader of the Eagles’ offense.

Getcha popcorn ready! The biggest three off-season additions will be earning their wings for the first time on Saturday. We’ve gotten a taste of newbies The Nigerian Nitrous, Byron Maxwell, Eric Rowe, and the 220 lb LOAD Ryan Matthews, which is nice. They all looked better than fine and dandy. But if the Eagles are going to take down the ultimate prize, these three need to be the horses the entire team rides into battle. Sammy B warmed up on Sunday but didn’t play a down (he’s been 100% healthy during camp, just a precautionary move). Kiko suffered a concussion and was just approved to return to practice. DeMarco Murray has been limited because he’s been pissing pure neon and Chip’s been worried about his “Hydration”. Well, no more excuses boys. It may be only pre-season, but it’s just another important step towards destiny.

Also, Zach Ertz is sitting out all pre-season because of a “Core” injury. Fine. Best bench other veterans who have dick to prove like Darren Sproles and Jason Peters. Can’t risk losing either of these guys in a useless game.
