B1G or Big 12? Debating Which Conference Has a Better Chance to Win the NCAA Tournament

While Gonzaga may be taking all of the headlines in college basketball right now, there are still plenty of teams worthy of cutting down the nets in April. A chunk of them reside in the Big 10 and the Big 12, as six of the current top 10 are in one of those two conferences. With that, we had the debate on today's Barstool Bench Mob of which conference is better. Here is the breakdown of ranked teams in each conference:

B1G (7) - Iowa, Wisconsin, Rutgers, Michigan State, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio State

Big 12 (5) - Baylor, Kansas, West Virginia, Texas, Texas Tech

In my eyes, the biggest takeaway when differentiating the two conferences is that the B1G is deeper, and will most likely get more teams into the Big Dance when it is all said and done. But the Big 12 is very top heavy. Each of those five teams listed above could easily cut down the nets in Indianapolis. The point I made on today's show is that we are most likely going to see those five beat each other up, and I'd be surprised if one squad runs away with the conference, but only time will tell.

Today's show also included an awesome interview with Arkansas HC Eric Musselman, some talk about Ja Morant schooling an Austin Peay player on Twitter, a Kentucky update, and much more.
