Sarah Michelle Gellar And Selma Blair Recreated Their Famous Kiss From "Cruel Intentions" During Last Night's MTV Movie Awards

Sorry guys, you know how much I hate clickbait. But if I had to fall for that deceitful little trick from MTV so did you, especially since Sarah Michelle Gellar and Selma Blair already pulled this little stunt on us already.

The real shocker here isn't two lovely young ladies getting their kiss broken up by that bitch that is 2020. I can get a million videos of girls kissing or placing various body parts on plexiglass in HD with the click of my phone. The true surprise is that the MTV Movie Awards were last night.

I thought I felt old when I didn't know half of the nominees for the VMAs or Movie Awards over the last decade. But I flat out had no clue the Movie Awards were on last night or were even still a thing. That may be because I was consuming every ounce of Giants content I could get my hands on after yesterday's win against the Seahawks or that MTV showing anything that isn't Ridiculousness absolutely blows my mind.

But still, finding out that an entire award show that used to be Must Watch television for me happened last night was a serious reality check. And that's coming from someone who took an hour to write this blog because he's helping his 6-year-old daughter with her math schoolwork.

Anyway, I'm not sure which child star won Best Actor and Best Actress or which Adam Sandler flick took home Best Picture. But congrats to all the winners!

Now if you will excuse me, I will be living in the past back when life was easier. A time when MTV played music videos along with a variety of original programming, two actresses smooching on camera was front page pop culture news, and a movie like "Cruel Intentions" turned boys into men.
