It's Time For My Colts To Get Their First Win Of The Season!

It's GAMEDAY BABY! The Boys In Blue are looking to get their first win of the season as they take on the 0-1 Vikings. Big game today as this is our home opener, and an even bigger game as Jim Irsay has decided for the ROOF/WINDOW to be OPEN. Nothing better than adding more pressure to our rookie kicker Rodrigo "Specs" Blankenship!

I'm usually a very optimistic and confident fan, but today is a little different. We got some key players sitting out which include Jack Doyle, Rock Ya-Sin, and Marlon Mack who is out for the whole season. Jack Doyle is a big loss for us, especially since Trey Burton is still out. We got Mo Alie-Cox, Farrod Green, and Noah Togiai starting as tight ends for us. Mo Alie-Cox is very athletic and a decent tight end, but I have no idea who these other 2 new guys are and can't imagine them playing like Antonio Gates today. Poor Philip Rivers. Nobody valuable on the Vikings is hurt, so that's great.

With these injuries, I'm still optimistic in winning today. The Colts love to lose close games to their divisional opponents and bounce back to beat a random non conference team. The Vikings are the perfect bait to boost our confidence. Also, in the last 5 meetings between these teams, the Colts have been 5-0. The Vikings haven't beaten the Colts since 2000! I probably jinxed myself typing this, but sometimes you gotta trust your history instead of your gut.

Let Jonathan Taylor run the damn ball, don't let Kirk Cousins light us up like Gardner Minshew did last week, and prevent Dalvin Cook from having a field day will get our Boys in Blue the first win of the season. Go Horse and go Jeremy Chinn baby!
