The Mandalorian Opening Credits Remade Into An 80s Sitcom With The Perfect Strangers Theme Song May Be The Greatest Video Ever Created

I don't know if this video is eligible for an Emmy, one of those fake ass Internet Emmys, or a Nobel Prize. But it should win all of those awards and then some for how perfect it is. I've long said that the Perfect Strangers theme song is at worst in the Top 5 of best TV theme songs ever, if not number 1. I'll allow the Team Portnoy members to Google what Perfect Strangers is.

So pairing that song with the cutest motherfucker in a galaxy far, far away will get a smile from my soul every single time. You can even make the case that The Mandalorian is the Perfect Strangers of the Star Wars universe, with Mando playing the Hardo With A Heart Of Gold role of Cousin Larry and Baby Yo being the lovable Balki Bartokomous if Balki he could throw rhinos around using The Force instead of just being a funny foreigner from Mypos that does the Dance of Joy. OK, I think I'm rambling. Nonetheless, this video is awesome and the perfect way to recover from whatever tomfoolery you got into on Friday night (I stayed up until midnight watching Disney+, nbd).

P.S. Since it's Saturday morning, my brain is working even worse than it usually does, so I don't have a full Top 5 TV theme songs ready off the top of my head. But the one song that can give Perfect Strangers a run for its money is the Growing Pains theme song, which is the Magic to its Bird in my humble opinion.

Gotta shout out the OG too.
