Local Blues Fan And His Dancing Chinchilla Have Become Viral Sensation For St. Louis

Came across this kid the other day on twitter and he is an electric factory, his name is Ben Friedman and he is slowly becoming the face of the St. Louis Blues. Friedman, also known as his alter ego “Young Pageviews” has been going viral after St. Louis Blues victories by posting videos of him dancing with his rat to the Blues win song “Gloria”.

After some extensive research, Friedman is no slouch to the game of Hockey having played at the collegiate level for Lawrence University as well as the Fox City Ice Dogs in the infamous GLHL. Friedman even has himself an Elite Prospects page.

The Chesterfield, Missouri native claims to have been a Blues fan his whole life and is known for wearing vintage St. Louis Blues gear. I reached out to Friedman but was told to “kick rocks grinnelli” so I reached out to Friedman’s mother. “Ben has been a Blues fan his whole life. It wasn’t until last year that he finally realized he wouldn’t make the team, so he has dedicated his life to being the voice of the fans as well as being a GLHL champion.”

A true devote Blues fan who has dedicated his life to representing a fan base to the best of his ability.

As for the chinchilla? Apparently, that thing is more famous than the girl you went to highschool with who thinks she’s an influencer now. “Boris” has almost 5k followers on Instagram. A rat with over 5k followers!? May as well make this guy the Blues mascot at this point.

I look forward to following Ben “Young Pageviews” Friedman and his Chinchilla “Borris” throughout the Blues playoff run. Just an absolute pioneer for hockey in St. Louis who has even dipped his hand into the Blues merch game.
